Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 May 2026

This privacy policy explains how Shift Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Fanvue AI Creator Academy website and services.

1. Data We Collect

When you sign up for free access, we collect:

  • Name — your first name, used to personalise your experience and communications.
  • Email address — used to create your account and send you relevant communications.
  • Telegram username — used to connect you with your dedicated account manager for onboarding support.
  • Traffic source — UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term parameters from the URL or landing page you arrived from, used to understand how you found us.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Create and manage your Academy account.
  • Send you transactional emails (e.g. password setup, account notifications).
  • Send you marketing emails about the academy, related content, and updates from Fanvue.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising through conversion tracking (Meta, Google, X, and TikTok).
  • Analyse sign-up trends and traffic sources to improve our service.

3. Marketing Emails

By signing up, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email marketing platform. Your name and email address are shared with Brevo for this purpose.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link — your preference will be respected immediately.

4. Conversion Tracking

We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Ads, X, and TikTok conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. When you submit the sign-up form or complete sign-up via Fanvue OAuth, a conversion event may be sent to these platforms. Your email address is hashed (one-way encrypted) before being transmitted where enhanced matching is used.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We use the following third-party services to process your data:

  • Neon — database hosting.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Brevo — marketing email delivery and contact management.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • Withdraw your consent to data processing.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
